Session Offerings

In Person Sessions $75
Sessions with Vanessa Gibson start off with a thorough intake so that all aspects of the person and their health are understood. Initial Treatments take 60 - 75 minutes and further sessions are 25-45 minutes.
BodyTalk does not take long to get results! It is not an endless treatment. Some clients experience a major and immediate shift after a single treatment! Others who receive regular BodyTalk Treatments report a steady overall improvement in all aspects of their health: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.  



Telephone & Skype Sessions $75
Vanessa now offers BodyTalk "Distance Sessions & Consultations" via the Telephone & Skype!
 “Distance Sessions” are available to meet the growing demand of patients who are unable to travel for an in person treatment. These offerings make up a growing percentage of Vanessa's Practice, as she becomes more known around the world and is better able to meet the needs of her out of state and international patients, as well as the local patient who has scheduling obstacles. 

Group BodyTalk Sessions $25 per person (minimum 3 participants please)
Get your family or group of friends / colleagues together and receive BodyTalk sessions in a group setting. These sessions are very effective due to the collective positive attention directed at the recipient. And, they can be a lot of Fun! Discounted fees for these sessions,
and they can be done in the comfort of your home or workplace.

Out-Calls - Home & Hospital
We know how valuable a BodyTalk Session can be when you are injured or otherwise unable to travel. If you, or a loved one, are unable to come to us, we can schedule to come to your home or make a hospital visit.

What To Expect During Your BodyTalk Session

Session Preparation
  • It is recommended that you wear loose comfortable, accessible clothing. Please wear natural fibers as lycra and other synthetics can interrupt energy flow.
  • It is recommended that you do not wear an underwire bra (you can remove it prior to the session).
  • Some techniques are best done with skin contact, say knee or hip. You may disrobe to the extent you feel comfortable (but not necessary).
  • You will be asked to remove metal jewelry and accessories before and during your session.

What happens during a session?
     Your First BodyTalk Treatment:
  • If it is your first appointment, you will be emailed a Wellness Intake Form. Please fill it in and bring it to your first appointment.
  • For ease of accessing affected areas and adjacent points, we recommend that you wear loose fitting clothing made of natural fibers.
    Please remove your watch and turn off your cell phone before the treatment starts.
This treatment will Include:
  • The initial Wellness Intake Consultation
  • The BodyTalk Session, 
        You will lie face up on a massage table and relax. The practitioner will generally place a hand on your belly and a hand on your wrist and set up the neural-muscular feedback of yes/no answers. Your body’s innate wisdom will then be asked a series of questions following the BodyTalk protocol. Once your body/mind indicates the priority areas (links), you and the practitioner will place your hands on those areas. The practitioner will then tap lightly on your head to let the brain know what to repair and then tap lightly on your heart complex to store the information and carry it to the rest of the body.
  • Most clients report a sense of relaxation during the session. The body is grateful that someone is finally asking it what it needs and wants so that it can heal. You may feel energy shifts, you may feel some emotions, you may have insights, you may feel sensations or you may not feel anything. It is all normal.
  • At the end of the session, the practitioner will ask if and when a next session is indicated and discuss the findings with you, so you can book the next appointment, if indicated. You will be given Instruction on how to do the BodyTalk's Foundation technique, Cortices and will be emailed a video demonstration of Cortices to assist you to use the balancing technique on a daily basis.
After the session
  • If possible, plan a little downtime after your session. Your body will be processing and shifting some of its patterns. There is no right or wrong way to feel or respond to a session. Some people feel more energized after a session. It is best to just allow and observe how your body is responding vs. placing judgments or expectations of how it is responding to the sessions. Every body is different, and every body will have it's own experience and response to sessions. It is recommended to drink additional water to support your body in its healing.
